Condition


  1. You can see Latin alphabet on the main page of the googolAlphabets. Every letter is for sale.

  2. You can 'buy' every letter. If a letter is free minimum price is $50. If a letter was sold you can pay more than last price. The minimum price-step is $1. Present-day prices are available at current 'price list'.

  3. If you 'buy' a letter your link will be available not less than 24 hours. Even if somebody pay more but some minutes later than you.

  4. You may return a half (50%) of price you paid for letter if it was resold.

  5. All links placed at any time on the the googolAlphabets' main page will be available at participant.

  6. When you 'buy' a letter you will not 'own' any part of the googolAlphabets or this site, but rather you are granted the right to place your link on the googolAlphabets.

  7. You cannot change the link.

  8. If your link was accepted and published on the googolAlphabets, you cannot get a refund;

  9. The googolAlphabets will be on-line at the minimum until December 31, 2010.

  10. No any illegal links will be accepted. Only I'll decide what is appropriate for the googolAlphabets. If you submit a link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded (minus tax for transfer in PayPal) and you will lose your letter.

  11. If you later change the content of the linked site to show illegal material then your link will be removed at all. In this case you may not get a refund.

  12. If for whatever reason in the future you want your link removed from the googolAlphabets, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the letter will become free.

  13. The start letters' price is $50.

  14. You may buy 2 and more letters.

  15. You must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit.

  16. Funds must be fully received and cleared before you become 'owner' a letter on the googolAlphabets.

  17. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep these to a minimum.

  18. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal account), I will aim to get your link on-line as soon as possible.

  19. All sums of payments are shown without any taxes in E-gold or PayPal. You should calculate full sum of payment yourself. Be attentive. Tax in return process is at the expense of you.
